Can I customize invoices?

Yes. You can choose the Classic, Modern or Minimal template and customize your logo, colors, font, header, footer and table styles, signature, stamp, bank details, invoice numbering and which optional details appear on the invoice. Templates have set layouts; elements cannot be freely rearranged.

Can I choose my own invoice number format?

Yes. Choose Prefix-Year-Sequence (HTS-2026-001), Year-Sequence (2026-001), Prefix-Sequence (HTS-001) or Sequence only (001), set your own prefix and the next number. Numbers are assigned automatically and never repeat.

Can I create invoices in other currencies?

Yes. Besides INR, invoices can be issued in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD or CAD. Each invoice keeps its own currency, and for GST invoices you can record the exchange rate to show the INR equivalent.

Can I manage customers?

Yes. Customers can be created, edited and connected to invoices, payments and customer statements.

Can I track payments?

Yes. You can record customer payments, including partial payments, and see the paid amount, balance due and payment status of every invoice. Hitasoft Invoix records payments; it does not process online card payments.

Can I create recurring invoices?

Yes. Recurring invoice schedules can repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly and prepare invoices according to the schedule.

Does it support GST?

Yes. Invoices can include GSTIN, CGST and SGST for intra-state supplies or IGST for inter-state supplies, and GST-oriented reports (GST summary, GST sales and HSN/SAC) are generated from the tax data recorded on your invoices. Hitasoft Invoix is not GST return filing software and is not connected to the GST portal.

Can I download and print invoices?

Yes. Invoices can be generated as A4 PDF documents, downloaded, printed or shared with customers from your device.
